Owens Agency, LLC (“Owens Agency,” “we,” “us”) operates this website to present our creative and production work and to receive project inquiries. This page describes, in plain terms, what happens when you visit.

This site does not include a data-collecting contact form. The Contact page provides a direct email link (studio@owensagency.co). Anything you send us that way — your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to share about a project — is an ordinary email, handled the same way as any other correspondence we receive, through our own email provider.

As with essentially any website, our hosting infrastructure may generate standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) as a normal part of serving pages. This happens automatically at the infrastructure level; we do not separately collect, analyze, or use this information to identify individual visitors.

This site does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and it does not set cookies or use browser local storage to track visitors. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any such tool is connected.

Information you send us is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if a project moves forward, to communicate about that engagement. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use inquiry information for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Operating this website requires basic infrastructure — most notably web hosting — necessary to make the site available online. We do not currently rely on additional third-party services, such as analytics platforms or video hosts, beyond what standard hosting requires. If that changes, this page will be updated to describe any new service before it is connected.

Images and video on this site are served directly as part of the site itself, not through an embedded third-party video player, so no separate video-platform tracking applies to the media you see here.

We retain inquiry and business correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to it, maintain our business records, and comply with any applicable legal or accounting requirements. We do not currently apply an automated deletion schedule to email correspondence.

We take reasonable measures to protect information sent to us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting studio@owensagency.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws (for example, in California, Colorado, or other U.S. states with consumer privacy statutes); we will honor legitimate requests to the extent those laws apply, and you can direct any such request to the same address.

This site may occasionally link to external websites (for example, a complete campaign film hosted elsewhere). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate.

This policy reflects the site’s current, limited functionality. It will be revised as real services — such as analytics, a content-management system, or video hosting — are connected.
